reserved texture ids in grandprix3

in grandprix3 we have a range for texture-ids from 0(?) up to 1792 (thanks to david schneider for that one). if you go beyond this figure, grandprix3 will crash to desktop (after the starting light screens).

within the valid range, certain numbers are reserved for specific textures used by grandprix3. see the list below for the details. you must not use a texture-id of these in your custom jams, as gp3 will use your texture for a specific thing afterwards, instead of the usual one.

Where the *** are standing, there are numbers or the car names.
But they al use the same TextureID's.

the other ids are free for use, except they are already used in another jam in your track. though having double or triple texture-ids in a track does no serious harm, but gp3 will just take the last one in the list in all cases.
